Your Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will create and manage material orders through SAP PM to ensure that necessary parts and materials are available on time for planned maintenance. You will also collaborate with the maintenance team to identify material needs based on work orders and maintenance plans, and create purchase proposals to order the right materials. Follow up on inventory status and ensure that all materials are available for ongoing and upcoming maintenance projects. Update the SAP system with information on material usage and inventory status. You will also track and monitor deliveries of ordered materials, ensuring that the correct materials are received and registered accurately in SAP.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer and has experience using SAP PM, is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys working in a team. Additionally, you should have a forklift license A1-4, B1-4.
